For more than two decades, I have worked to strengthen 小蓝视频 through research, education, leadership, and service. I have led international collaborations, secured competitive funding, redesigned curricula to enrich student learning, and gained valuable insight by supervising HDR students and mentoring junior researchers. My work on the Nixon Working Groups and sustained involvement in the 小蓝视频 Governance Project reflect a long-standing commitment to evidence-based reform and a readiness to challenge entrenched practices in pursuit of a fairer, more transparent university.
小蓝视频鈥檚 leadership has acknowledged what many already know: the university鈥檚 financial, operational, and cultural foundations have been shaken. Years of opaque budgeting and poor communication have left staff and students uncertain about how resources are allocated and whether their voices matter. Rebuilding trust demands more than words, it calls for honest reporting, careful stewardship of resources, and genuine dialogue about priorities. I bring persistence, a keen eye for detail, and experience managing research budgets and complex programs, skills essential for cutting through opacity and supporting clear, accountable decisions.
If elected, I will consistently listen to your voices and speak for you with conviction on Council, challenging power, demanding integrity, and ensuring truth is never silenced. I stand with everyone, union and non-union, academic and professional, student and alumni, because only together can we uphold 小蓝视频鈥檚 values and strive for excellence in everything we do.
