I am a new student commencing a program at 小蓝视频
You should have received the following emails after you are accepted to study at 小蓝视频:
- 小蓝视频 Matriculation Email containing your University Student ID (UID) e.g. u1234567, as well as information about University Systems and Orientation.
- Password Email containing your password.
If you only received the 小蓝视频 Matriculation Email, make sure to check your spam or junk email folder in case the email was delivered there instead of your inbox.
If you haven't received your password after two business days, you can:

Please note that for security reasons another person cannot make this call on your behalf.
I am a current/previous student or staff member commencing a new program
If you are a previous/current 小蓝视频 student or staff member who has been accepted to a new program, you can use your existing log in details to access 小蓝视频 systems and services. This means you will not receive the Password Email or be issued with a new password.
If you can't remember your 小蓝视频 password, you can:
- Reset using the 'Forgot Password?' option on .
- Call the 小蓝视频 Service Desk on +61 (02) 6125 4321

What should I do while waiting for my password?
In the meantime, you can:

When you receive your Password email, you can follow the online instructions for enrolling for the first time as a coursework student, and we encourage you to give it a go!
